As our province opens its doors to the BPO industry, Venvi Development Corporation (VDC) welcomes Teleperformance, one of the largest companies in the industry, to Valdez Center.

The offices of Teleperformance will be located at the third floor of Viven Hotel, which is in a convenient and prime location near the main entrance of the Center and is highly accessible from the national highway of San Nicolas.  

Teleperformance is a French multinational company that began its operations in the Philippines in 1996 and is highly sought-after for its customer experience services. As of January 3, 2022, it is one of the top performing BPO in the Philippines and a global leader in customer management for over 40 years. It served 170 countries with 420,000 employees worldwide. The company offers specialized, digitally powered trades, such as, solution design, business optimization strategies, front office support and back-office services like financing, accounting, collections, and tech support.

Aside from Alorica and Accenture, the coming of Teleperformance here in the San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte will create more jobs and give a chance for the Ilocanos to show case their capabilities.
