VSA Customs & Brokerage Corporation

Incorporated in 1996, VSA acts an agent for seagoing vessels mainly of foreign registry. It handles the port and customs requirements, loading, unloading and warehousing of cargoes, caters to the needs of the vessels, e.g. bunkering, repair assistance, food and crew requests, and other ship handling activities.

Corporation

Venvi Corporation is the logistics and trucking arms of the group established in April 1996. Its decades long experience in the industry has made its operations highly efficient and competent.

VVH Realty Corporation

The landholding company of the conglomerate duly registered with SEC on April 17, 1997. The company holds, for future investment, several real properties for the group.

Corporation

Established in July 1997, a category AA (PCAB Philippine Contractors Association Board) and ISO 9001 certified construction company of the Venvi Group. It is preferred/ priority contractor of on-going commercial and residential infrastructure being developed by the group.

PDMC

PDMC is a well-established tobacco manufacturing company with a diversified portfolio of high-quality tobacco products and cigarettes. It specializes in cut-rag production, finished filter rods, cigarette-making and packaging. It is located at Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ) in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. It is ISO 9001 QMS certified by TUV-SUD Philippines.

Venvi Agro-Industrial
Ventures, Corp.

The agri-business sector of Venvi Group established in January 10, 2003. It comprises of the largest Layer Farm and Hog Raising Facility in the north.

Venvi Utilities &
Services Corp.

Established is April 11, 2007, the company supplies utilities such as water to all tenants of Valdez Center. Among its major investments include the establishment of a Water Tank within the area which has a capacity of supplying 32,000 liters of water per day or 15-20 liters of water per second.

Venvi Electric
Corporation

The company that powers the property called The Valdez Center with a sub-station capacity to generate 20-24 MVA electricity utilizing a direct link with NGCP that guarantees an efficient supply of electricity at practical rates for the locators of Valdez Center. It was established in April 16, 2007.

Venvi Oil,
Corporation

Started operations in May of 2007 and supplies the LPG requirements of all tenants at the Valdez Center. The company also operates a Petron Gasoline station within the commercial property.

Ventures, Corp.

It was established last July 20, 2007 to manage and oversee the franchise and development of food businesses of the group. It’s pioneer project is Tribeca Coffeeshop – the conglomerates original brand.

Venvi Development
Corporation

The development arm of the group that is established for the primary purpose of developing several real-estate properties in the Ilocos Region. It engages in the development and management of commercial, residential, recreational and shopping centers. It was established in July 29, 2007.

VNV Security
Agency

Was originally registered with DTI in March of 2010 to provide security within the Valdez Center. In August 28, 2019, the agency became an official corporation duly registered under the SEC and was renamed VENVI SECURITY AGENCY CORPORATION. The company now caters to external clients not only within the province but in other areas of the country as well.

Viven Hotel

Viven Hotel became a part of the group in August 10, 2013. It is a modern and minimalist hotel that is located at the hub of Valdez Center providing it with the best accessibility to recreational parks, restaurants, shopping centers and easy access to transport services in the provinces.
