This group of companies led the development of 34-hectare land in San Nicolas, now popularly known as the “Valdez Center”. Valdez, national and international brands such as Robinson’s Mall, McDonalds, Shakeys, PAGCOR was brought to the town of San Nicolas including Two (2) BPO companies namely Accenture and Alorica.

It was formerly registered under DTI in March 10, 2010 as VNV Security Agency. The agency was performing well in both operational, financial and compliance aspects as it was consistently granted Regular Licenses to Operate (LTO) by the Office of the Chief of Philippine National Police (PNP) thru the Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (SOSIA) under the Civil Security Group (CSG) since its inception.

Venvi Oil Corporation
The LPG Unit of the conglomerate officially started its operation in May 2007 with the opening of the 365 Plaza at the Valdez Center supplying the LPG requirements of the various tenant locators including the stand-alone tenant. Mcdonald’s San Nicolas. Other projects withing the Center will also be exclusively by Venvi Oil.
