VVH Realty Corporation is the landholding company or the real estate services firm of the Venvi Group of Companies. This group of companies under the Venvi banner spearheaded the development of a 34-hectare land in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte and transformed it into the first ever semi-suburban commercial, business and residential district of the province now popularly known as the “Valdez Center” – named after the family of the conglomerate’s Chairman and CEO, Atty. Hilario P. Valdez. This project was implemented through Venvi Development, Corporation, a subsidiary of VVH Realty, Corp. Through the pioneering effort of Venvi group, national and international brands such as Robinsons Mall, McDonalds, Shakeys, PAGCOR and BPO companies such as Accenture, Alorica and Teleperformance were brought into the town of San Nicolas.
VVH Realty performs several functions for the conglomerate, including services of investor/tenant representation, investments to property management as well as facilities and utilities management but its main function is to deliver clean and legitimate land titles for all properties acquired by Venvi Holdings. VVH Realty is the only real estate firm in Ilocos Norte with its team of seasoned real estate employees well-known for their professionalism, honesty, integrity and trustworthiness in handling all business transactions of the company, ensuring high-quality services and timely delivery of requirements and documents needed by the group.
To date, VVH Realty owns several real estate properties of high market value which are all located at the Valdez Center – currently the center of commerce and recreation in the entire province and is the best place to live, work and play.
